Sales Assembly’s Sales Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Sales Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.
This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.
To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.
- Forecasting & Team Pipeline Management by Ross Rich: You will learn how to leverage a forecasting process that creates pipeline accuracy.
- Interviewing & New Hire Success by Nick Lush: You will learn how to leverage a process for sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and integrating.
- Accountability and Career Progression by Marina Golemis: You will learn how to create a framework of accountability that leads to successful career progression.
- Deal Coaching by Alex Wilson: You will learn how to utilize a process for coaching and development.

This program is exclusively available only to those with 3+ years of leadership/management experience, and are currently in a leadership role at a SA member company.
