PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Sales Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Sales Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Forecasting & Team Pipeline Management by Liz Fischer and Manuel Sanchez: You will learn how to leverage a forecasting process that creates pipeline accuracy.
  • Interviewing & New Hire Success by Cale Tully: You will learn how to leverage a process for sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and integrating.
  • Accountability and Career Progression by Marina Golemis: You will learn how to create a framework of accountability that leads to successful career progression.
  • Deal Coaching by Alex Wilson: You will learn how to utilize a process for coaching and development.

ADDITIONAL INFO TO KNOW

This program is exclusively available only to those with 2+ years of AE experience, and are currently serving in an AE or Sales Leadership leadership role at a SA member company.
