PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Revenue Operations Practitioner Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Revenue Operations professionals need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Stakeholder Management by Jeremy Mazzurco. The RevOps department has evolved over the years and continues to be a critical part of any organization. This session will discuss that evolution and the typical ways that these departments are built and scaled.
  • Identifying Gaps by Kyle Himmelwright. Often, process gaps are identified retroactively, after they’ve made a negative business impact. This session focused on common pitfalls and break-in processes, and how to proactively ensure that they don’t happen.
  • Deals Desk Fundamentals by Brad Rosen. Deals Desk is an up and coming, and often necessary role that bridges ops, and sales. This session will outline the what, how, and why for all things deals desk.

  • Territory Assignment/Management by Zack Blois. There are several ways to cut territories, all specific to role and tier. This session breaks down the ways to build territories, best practices, and what to consider as you approach this task for your company.

This program is open to all employees of SA member companies who are currently in a Revenue Operations role or are interested in transitioning into a Revenue Operations role.
