Sales Assembly’s Revenue Operations Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Revenue Operations professionals need to master in order to be effective in their role.
This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.
To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.
- Prioritization by Jen Igartua – In this role, you’ll constantly have things thrown at you and added to your list. In order to keep your sanity and best support the business, we’ll share the strategy to prioritize your work as it comes in and reprioritize it as things evolve.
- Tech Stack by Kyle Himmelwright – Often a core function of the role is overseeing the various tools the team uses. This session will help you determine the tools you’ll need and then how to evaluate, maintain, and measure success.
- Forecasting by Brad Rosen – The more you can predict the future, the more impactful you’ll be for your team. This session provides the strategy and tactics to run a repeatable and data-driven process.
- Stakeholder Management by Anthony Enrico – Partnership with other lines of the business is critical to the success of the Rev Ops function. This module will cover how to effectively and proactively work with your key internal stakeholders.

This program is open to all employees of SA member companies who are currently in a Revenue Operations role or are interested in transitioning into a Revenue Operations role.
