Join Sales Assembly and Kemyell Rieves for Leading Organized and Productive Customer Meetings, part of the Relationship Management certification.

This program focuses on how to lead more effective customer meetings by creating clear structure, aligning on outcomes, and driving actionable next steps. Participants will explore how to make each interaction more purposeful, ensuring time is used effectively and conversations lead to meaningful progress.

Designed for customer-facing teams, this session helps participants move beyond routine check-ins and instead use meetings as a tool to strengthen alignment, improve accountability, and maintain momentum across customer relationships.

Even if you’ve completed this program in past years, if you decide to take this program again in 2026 you’ll gain fresh insights and strategies.

To earn your certification for this skill, you must complete all required live programs and fulfill participation requirements (you must be live on the zoom for at least 40 minutes). Programs can be completed in any order and at your own pace, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.
