Sales Assembly’s Account Manager (Quota Carrying) Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Quota Carrying Account Managers need to master in order to be effective in their role.
This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.
To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.
- Cross-sell and Upsell Process by Judy King. Renewal and logo retention is important, but ensuring you maximize opportunities for additional spend is another foundational aspect of an AM’s role. This module will cover how to identify buying language, and how to ensure that your process supports mid-cycle spend across your customer base.
- QBR Delivery and Outcome by Alli Sitkiewicz. The QBR is a critical step in your customer journey that enables you to engage key stakeholders, align on value delivered, and uncover new opportunities. This module discusses how to properly plan and execute QBRs that drive toward mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Book/Territory Management by Allison King. To be successful in the role, you need to have a clear understanding of all the accounts in your book. Adopt a prioritization mindset to understand where to focus your energy to be as effective as possible.
- Relationship Management by Megan Cotter and Georgie Papacostas. In this session, we’ll explore how to combine empathy with knowledge of goals and challenges to build and sustain customer relationships.
