PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Revenue Operations Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Revenue Operations Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • RevOps Leadership Foundations by Kyle Himmelwright. The Rev Ops department makes an organization’s GTM process more efficient and effective. This session dives into how to structure and build a scalable Rev Ops team that drives data-led insight and value org-wide.
  • Resource and Tool Planning by Jen Igartua. Ability to help attain company goals and objectives should be the main driver in the evaluation of any tool or resource. This module covers the key steps in evaluating (and re-evaluating) the utilization, value, and cost, of the tools in your tech stack.
  • Quota and Comp Structure by Brad Rosen. Transparency around quota and commission calculations is crucial to ensuring full team buy-in. This module walks through how to structure quotas and compensation that align overall incentives of sales reps with business objectives.
  • Cross Functional Buy In by Thuy-Khue Tran. Gaining buy-in from other lines of business ensures synergy and success of your Rev Ops initiatives. This module will discuss who you’ll need to build a strong relationship with, why, and how.

ADDITIONAL INFO TO KNOW

This program is exclusively available only to those with 2+ years of Revenue Operations experience OR 5 years of total work experience, and are currently serving in a Revenue Operations or Revenue Operations Leadership role at a SA member company.
