Sales Assembly’s BDR/SDR Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all BDR/SDR Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.
This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.
To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.
- Keeping Your Team Organized and Productive by Jessica Jacobs: You will learn how to master organization and productivity as a BDR Leader, ensuring you can navigate multiple priorities, adapt to change, meet demanding KPIs, and drive exceptional team results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with Marketing and Sales by Kol Souers: You will learn how to excel in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Sales to navigate lead-related questions effectively and foster revenue growth.
- Coaching Reps to the Next Step by Kyle Roach: You will learn how to coach BDR teams to excellence by leveraging day-to-day tasks for skill development that are fit for the next step.
- Interviewing & New Hire Success by Casey Walsh: You will learn how to leverage a process for sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding and integrating.
