Sales Assembly’s BDR/SDR Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all BDR/SDR professionals need to master in order to be effective in their role.
This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.
To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.
- Cold Communication by Jen Allen – As technology improves, it is harder to get prospects to respond to cold messages. We’ll spend time reviewing the different avenues of cold outreach and the best tactics for success.
- Outreach Strategy by Sarah Brazier. There are several ways to successfully connect to your prospects over time, and ensuring that you do so in a way that’s efficient, and relevant is important! This module covers the process for building and executing your outreach strategy.
- Objection Handling by Tom Alaimo. As a sales professional, objections come with the territory! As a front-line role, and often the first engagement with a prospect, learning how to navigate objections will ultimately lead to success and higher morale. This module covers the psychology and tactics of fielding objections and transitioning them to discovery.
- Account Management by Sarina Spector – Learn to manage your book business and understand how to be the most efficient with your time
