
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Join Sales Assembly and Jill Bruno, Co-Head of Sales Development at AltiSales, as we dive into Career Progression strategies. This module focuses on cultivating a proactive and positive mindset in challenging environments. It emphasizes the importance of being your own cheerleader, finding motivation amidst adversity, and leveraging control over manageable aspects of your work. Participants will learn the value of documenting their wins to advocate for professional development and explore strategies for holding others accountable while effectively advocating for themselves. Through these skills, they will enhance their personal accountability and ownership in their roles.
GENERAL PROGRAM INFO
This program is a Skill Development Module (SDM). All SDMs are crafted by our Sales Assembly team keeping in mind guiding metrics that are important to revenue organizations at B2B tech companies and skills that influence those guiding metrics. Furthermore, we are focused on making sure SDMs are timely in context of the B2B calendar and at varying complexity to ensure we have multiple opportunities to meet learners where they are.
