PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Join Sales Assembly and Jen Allen-Knuth, Founder of DemandJen, for Gaining Consensus with a Cross-Functional Buying Group, part of the Complex Selling certification.
This program focuses on how to build alignment across multiple stakeholders in complex sales, where differing priorities and perspectives often stall decisions. Participants will explore how to move beyond individual buy-in and instead help buying groups reach a shared understanding of the problem and its urgency.
Designed for revenue teams navigating multi-threaded deals, this session helps participants work more effectively with internal champions, surface and address misalignment early, and guide groups toward clearer, more confident decision-making.
