Join Sales Assembly and Lisa Honaker, VP of Account Management at Actabl, for this program titled Segmentation and Engagement Models – part of the Risk Mitigation skill certification.   

This program focuses on prioritizing customer accounts based on both risk and potential. Participants learn to apply segmentation strategies and tailor engagement models to each segment’s needs. The emphasis is on proactive touchpoints and tiered support approaches that maximize retention and growth.

This program helps participants strengthen one of the key drivers of revenue growth – retaining and/or expanding existing customer revenue.

To earn your certification for this skill, you must complete all required live programs and fulfill participation requirements (you must be live on the zoom for at least 40 minutes). Programs can be completed in any order and at your own pace, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.
