Sales Assembly’s Sales Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Sales Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.


  • Keeping Your Team Organized, Productive, and Motivated by Lindsey Fine: Learn how to master organization and productivity as a Sales Leader, ensuring you can navigate multiple priorities, adapt to change, meet demanding KPIs, and drive exceptional team results.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management by Ross Rich: You will learn how to leverage a forecasting process that creates pipeline accuracy.
  • Deal Coaching by Steven Baumgartner: You will learn how to utilize a process for coaching and development.
  • Managing Up and Laterally Supporting Your Team by Liz Fischer: Break down how to excel in cross-functional collaboration to better support your team and foster revenue growth.


This program is exclusively available only to those with 2+ years of leadership/management experience, and are currently in a leadership role at a SA member company.
