PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Sales Enablement Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all Enablement professionals need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Setting Expectations and Managing Stakeholders: Join Bethanni Buikema, Sales Enablement Team Lead at Mintel, as she discusses the importance of creating clear expectations of your enablement function. Learn to manage the numerous priorities from different stakeholders throughout the sales organization, from IC to executive.
  • Building Training That Drives Results: Jess Rodriguez, Head of Enablement at ChartHop, will offer insights, strategies, and frameworks for aligning your enablement training to sales org KPIs. Addressing areas of opportunity while supporting the sales org to achieve its overall goals is mission critical to the success of a well-integrated enablement team.
  • Onboarding Planning and Execution: Katy Mahon, Enablement Program Manager from Showpad, will highlight best practices and tips for building a world-class onboarding experience for the new sales hires. Get new reps ready to deliver by laying a solid foundation of skills and knowledge to begin their sales role at the company.
  • Effectively Measuring the Impact of Your Enablement Program: Leigh Slosser, Team Lead & Sr. Sales Enablement Program Manager at Ironclad, will deliver insights into how your enablement initiatives affect the sales org. From individual learners to overall team performance, being able to analyze the impact of enablement programs will help the team iterate and improve the success of frontline ICs and impact overall sales goals.

This program is open to all employees of SA member companies who are currently in a Sales Enablement role, or are interested in transitioning into a Sales Enablement role.
