PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Sales Assembly brings a New Account Executives to help with the crucial transition from BDR/SDR to Account Executive. You have secured your promotion so now let’s ensure you hit the ground running.
The format is workshop-based so you’ll have the opportunity to immediately put into practice things you are learning alongside a cohort of your peers that are going through the same changes you are. Together, these 4 sessions will lay the necessary groundwork so you can confidently begin a new chapter.

- Collaborating internally by Jenna Rogers – As an AE, it’s important that you understand the goals and challenges of your new internal partners. In order to work smarter, you can ally with your peers to successfully serve the customer.
- Building and managing your pipeline by Will Allred and Jen Allen – An AE’s future is only as strong as their pipeline. Create and manage a pipeline that you can count on and leads to consistent success.
- Managing the buyer committee by Stephanie Sanders – Every year, more people are involved in completing a sale. You’ll need to understand and unite the multiple buyers that make up the buying committee in order to meet their many needs and keep the deal on track.
- Storytelling and demoing by Ravi Rajani – AE’s need to tie solutions back to the goals and challenges of the customer. Learn the process to efficiently and effectively craft solution stories that buyers care about.
