PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Sales Assembly’s Customer Success Leadership Certification Program educates participants on fundamental skills that all CS Leaders need to master in order to be effective in their role.

This certification includes a comprehensive, one-day virtual training of classroom-style learning and strategic breakout rooms. A unique benefit of this certification involves ongoing continuing education requirements through various Sales Assembly programs.

To receive their certification, individuals must participate in all 4 modules and attend the full day of training.

SCHEDULE

  • Building Effective Relationships with Revenue and Product Leaders by Erin Carr: Partnering with other lines of business ensures synergy and success of your company. This module will discuss how to build strong and effective partnerships with Product and Revenue leaders to ensure org-wide success.
  • Accountability and Career Progression by Georgie Papacostas. You will learn how to create a framework of accountability that leads to successful career progression.
  • Forecasting Renewals by Casey Baldin: Analyzing leading and lagging indicators to decide whether a customer will churn is the first step to building a renewal strategy. Learn about the key data points and metrics needed to better understand where you stand with your customers to retain their business.
  • How to Support Your Team Through Product Bugs, Feedback, and Escalations by Kevin Sisler: When there’s an issue with your solution, customers will wonder about the credibility of it. Learn how, as a CS leader, you can effectively prepare your teams to navigate those conversations and have strategies in place to escalate those issues as they arise.

This program is exclusively available only to those with 2+ years of Account Management / Customer Success experience, and are currently serving in a AM/CSM role or AM/CSM leadership role at a SA member company.
